RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from CASCADIA 3D are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Signature Confirmation will be included on all shipments that exceed $500, no exceptions. If a customer desires, the customer may opt for signature confirmation at the their own expense for any order under $500. Without signature confirmation, the risk of non delivery is assumed by the customer, and any coverage for loss will be granted on a case-by-case basis, and is not guaranteed.  

Loss of packages due to providing an incorrect address will NOT be covered/replaced under any circumstance.  

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

CASCADIA 3D and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by CANNAGAR TOOLS / CASCADIA 3D is delivered and is not as described, your remedy is to return it or exchange it, in unused condition. CANNAGAR TOOLS / CASCADIA 3D offers a 1 Year Limited Warranty on all Products produced and sold by this website, through this website only.  

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THIS SITE IS PROVIDED BY CASCADIA 3D ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to CASCADIA 3D or to products you purchase through CASCADIA 3D shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Washington, USA, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate CASCADIA 3D s intellectual property rights, CASCADIA 3D may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Washington, USA, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
